Nursing Pads

Nursing Pads need to be changed regularly so that nipples are kept dry. When possible allow your nipples to air dry between feeds.

To use nursing pads remove the sticky tab and insert the pad inside your bra with the soft cotton against your nipple. Remove damp nursing pads and dispose of in the general wastebin.

Tips: 

• Swisspers nursing pads are not recyclable.
• Your local breast feeding association will have many resources to assist with breast feeding baby and caring for your breasts during this time.
